DreamSession Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DreamSession, a product visualization and lead generation widget operated by TeonBridge LLC ("TeonBridge," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using DreamSession — whether as a consumer submitting a form or as a Remodeling Partner embedding the widget — you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use or embed DreamSession.

2. Description of Service

DreamSession is a web-based widget that allows consumers to visualize home remodeling products (such as cabinets and countertops) in their space and submit contact information to be connected with a home remodeling company. The widget is designed to be embedded by Remodeling Partners on their own websites via iframe.

3. Consumer Terms

3.1 Information You Submit

When you complete the DreamSession form, you provide your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code. By submitting this form, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to receive communications at the contact details provided.

3.2 Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting the DreamSession form, you expressly consent to be contacted by the Remodeling Partner associated with the website you are visiting. Contact may occur via phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding your home remodeling inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

3.3 No Direct Relationship with TeonBridge

Your submission connects you with the Remodeling Partner, not with TeonBridge directly. TeonBridge is not a party to any agreement or transaction between you and the Remodeling Partner. TeonBridge is not responsible for the follow-up, services, pricing, or conduct of any Remodeling Partner.

3.4 Visualization Tool

The product visualization features of DreamSession are provided for illustrative purposes only. Visual representations are approximations and may not reflect the exact appearance, color, dimensions, or finish of actual products. Consult directly with the Remodeling Partner for accurate product specifications.

4. Remodeling Partner Terms

4.1 Permitted Use

Remodeling Partners may embed the DreamSession widget on their websites solely for the purpose of collecting lead information from prospective customers. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or extract the underlying code of the widget.

4.2 Data Controller Responsibility

By embedding DreamSession, Remodeling Partners acknowledge that they are the data controller for all lead data received through the widget. You are solely responsible for:

Maintaining your own Privacy Policy that accurately discloses how you use lead data
Complying with all applicable laws regarding consumer contact, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable state privacy laws
Obtaining any additional consents required by law before initiating contact with leads
Maintaining accurate records of consumer consents

4.3 Prohibited Uses

Remodeling Partners may not use DreamSession to:

Collect leads on behalf of businesses other than their own
Sell, resell, or transfer collected lead data to third parties
Engage in deceptive trade practices or misrepresent your business to consumers
Embed the widget on websites unrelated to home remodeling services

4.4 No Warranty of Lead Quality

TeonBridge makes no representations regarding the quality, accuracy, or conversion potential of leads generated through DreamSession. Lead volume and quality depend on factors outside TeonBridge's control.

5. Intellectual Property

DreamSession, including its design, code, product visualization engine, and branding, is the exclusive property of TeonBridge LLC. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of DreamSession without prior written consent from TeonBridge.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

DREAMSESSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TEONBRIDGE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TEONBRIDGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DREAMSESSION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TeonBridge LLC, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of DreamSession; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any consumer claim arising from your handling of lead data.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Modifications to Terms

TeonBridge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modified Terms will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of DreamSession after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
