DreamSession Privacy Policy

TeonBridge LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates DreamSession, a lead generation and product visualization widget ("Service") that is embedded by home remodeling companies ("Remodeling Partners") on their websites. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information submitted through the DreamSession widget.

By submitting information through DreamSession, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit the DreamSession contact form, we collect the following personal information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • ZIP code

We do not collect payment information, health data, or sensitive personal identifiers. We do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts within the DreamSession widget.

3. How We Use Your Information

The personal information you provide is collected solely for the purpose of connecting you with the Remodeling Partner whose website you are visiting. Specifically, we use your information to:

  • Transmit your contact details to the applicable Remodeling Partner for follow-up regarding your project inquiry
  • Maintain a temporary record of your submission for a period of 30 days, after which your data is deleted from our systems

We do not use your personal information for our own marketing, advertising, or product development purposes. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Data Sharing

Your information is shared with the following parties:

4.1 Remodeling Partners

Your submission is delivered to the Remodeling Partner on whose website you submitted the form. That company is the data controller for your information and their own privacy policy governs how they use it after receipt. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the website you are visiting.

4.2 Infrastructure Providers

We use Supabase (a cloud database provider) to temporarily store submission data in transit. Supabase processes data on our behalf and is contractually bound to use it only for service delivery. No other third-party processors receive your data.

We do not share your information with data brokers, advertising networks, or analytics platforms.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for a maximum of 30 days from the date of submission. After that period, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. The Remodeling Partner may retain your information according to their own data retention practices.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored in access-controlled database environments. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • The right to know what personal information we have collected about you
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)

8. Texas Privacy Rights (TDPSA)

As a Texas-based company, we comply with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA). Texas residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. 9. Children's Privacy

DreamSession is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our Service, contact us at the address below and we will promptly delete the record.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of DreamSession after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
